What are the minimum orders on your products?

There is a different minimum order for each product. For most custom products the MOQ is 100. For some of our pre-made in-stock range, you can order as little as 20 pieces. Please contact us to find out the MOQ for the product you are interested in.

How quickly can you make and deliver my order?

It all depends on the product and the quantity. We can rush some products but many others require a standard lead time. Please visit our Product Lead Time Page to find out the ETA's for each product.

To order please email us the description of what you want (product, quantity, print, colours, logo etc) and we will send you an artwork proof for your approval and all the order details.

How and when do we pay for the order?

We accept the following payment methods, - cheque, postal order, bank transfer, bank lodgement and visa/credit card. Once you approve your order you can pay and it must be received before your order is sent out.

Do you do charity discounts?

Yes we do. The discount amount all depends on the product and quantity but it can range from 5% to 30%. Please contact us for more details.
